The BRIT Awards 2019 - Best Dressed

The BRIT Awards took place last night in London and I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to make a comeback to my blog, especially as this 'Best Dressed' list has been an occurrence in this blog for the past couple of years. Now, I am not going to lie; each year I usually find it difficult to condense a list of my favourite outfits, just because they are usually so good, but this year I struggled to find some that I actually like. I DID manage to find outfits I like sooooo much, but the others were just ...meh? Anyways, enough of my being negative, here are my top picks from this year's BRIT Awards.

---------
Jesy Nelson
For me, the whole of Little Mix ALWAYS bring their A-Game to the red carpet, however I always seem to find myself favouring Jesy and Leigh-Anne's outfits over the others. This dress is exactly something I would wear myself if I were ever to go on the red carpet, so I love this dress already. Lace is definitely a trend I am loving at the moment, and the sheer of this dress just looks so beautiful altogether; UGH I JUST LOVE IT!

Leigh-Anne Pinnock
This is probably my winning look of the night. The colour and material looks so beautiful and Leigh-Anne is such a beauty that she can pull off anything she wears. Although this is definitely not something that I could ever wear myself, she just looks so incredible I cannot keep my eyes off of her. Out of all the girls, although they all looked beautiful, my eye went straight to her.

---------
Winnie Harlow
If I am being completely honest, this look probably would have been my favourite if it wasn't for the head scarf. I think, personally, it turns the look from this chic floral dress perfect for the change in season to SS19 in to something my nan may have worn back in the 50's. Looking over the scarf, I think this is such a beautiful dress and the cut is so cute it looks so stunning, especially on someone as beautiful as Winnie. The top bralet part and floral design is definitely on-trend.

Lily Allen
Like Jesy's dress, this is something that I would definitely wear, and is definitely appropriate and on-trend at the moment. Sheer is definitely a trend that is popular on the red carpets this year, especially in a floral design, and with it being sheer and a little conservative just compliments each other so well. Lily looks so beautiful here and definitely was one of my favourites of the night.

H.E.R
From the Grammy's to the BRIT Awards, H.E.R has absolutely KILLED the red carpet looks she's rocked recently. I am loving how different her choices are to what everyone else is wearing, and the trend of statement co-ord pant suits are one of my favourite trends at the moment. The fact that she chose to go with such a bright metallic gold is just such a great choice, and the contrasting texture of the bodysuit underneath ties it altogether nicely. She is just such a great fashion icon and is annihilating these 2019 red carpets. I may have to tie her with Leigh-Anne for my top look.

UPDATE!!!!!
Madison Beer
OF COURSE after writing this post my fav girl had to post a photo of her outfit from the red carpet and complete annihilate the competition; THIS. LOOK. IS. EVERYTHING. I don't think there has been one time where I have hated her outfits, and she has completely blown me over with this one, too. Madison is slowly taking the crown for being my biggest style icon to be honest.

  1. I agree with you one hundred percent! Madison Beer looked amazing rocking the prenially in-vogue underwear-as-outerwear look featuring that beautiful strapless mesh gown. Her lipstick, winged eyeliner and mascara looked beautiful and perfect. She looked gorgeous.
