Clothing Wishlist - MISSGUIDED

Most days, I find myself trawling through clothing websites trying to find new items to purchase that I can add to my wardrobe (as well as outfits for Instagram/blog photos, duh), and as strange as it is, every month I have a new favourite website; last month, I could not find ANYTHING that I liked available on Missguided, however trawling through their website there is SO much that I am in love with at the moment and I am finding it difficult to keep my basket costing low. With that, I thought I'd list all my favourite items from Missguided that I am loving this month, and turn this in to a blog series. Last month I listed my favourite items from Pretty Little Thing, so each month I will change the website and list my favourite items that are available for you guys to buy as well as clothing that is on trend at the moment.

So, for June, here are my top picks from Missguided that I am potentially going to buy myself (I have a problem so it won't surprise me if I just end up buying it all).

Burgundy Vintage Checked Long Sleeve Shirt Dress - £25.00
When I found this dress I was so excited as I've been looking for something like this for a while. I wear a lot of T-Shirt dresses, however I always feel like there is something missing from my look, which I think is this oversized shirt. It is so effortless and easy to make an outfit, so I am definitely considering this item to add to my wardrobe.

Tall Black Bandeau Side Split Mini Dress - £15.00
I love this dress as it is so effortless but looks so chic. LBD's are so easy to dress up or down, so this is definitely a good purchase that will get it's wear. I have this dress already in a khaki green colour, however I have been contemplating getting it in black, too. I have to purchase the tall range, too, as I am 5'8 and literally any dress, especially those that have a slit in them, are WAY too short and leaves little to the imagination, so I'm hoping that this is a good buy.

Black Shaggy Crop Knitted Cardigan - £45.00
This is something that I NEVER thought I would be interested in purchasing. I've always disliked these type of cardigans and jumpers because I've always preferred the soft (faux) fur coats that you get, however I am really loving these at the moment and think it would be great for the Autumn time. Because it is cropped, I am going to purchase it in a size bigger, although all the reviews mention how it is a little big so should maybe consider buying one lower. I'm not a fan of cropped jackets or anything that is literally designed for warmth (because what is the point in it being cropped lol), however I'm hoping this won't be too short, especially as I am tall anyway.

Black Strappy Cowl Shift Dress - £20.00
I have been loving the leopard print trend that has been extremely popular this summer, and have been looking for a cute leopard print dress that I can wear for nights out. I'm not too sure on this print as I prefer the small print, and the two lines down the front aren't my favourite, but with £6 off from their student discount is tempting me as I feel it will probably look okay in person, anyway. Plus, I am loving cowl neck dresses at the moment as they seem so flattering; not too tight like body-cons where they show every lump and bump, but not too loose that you look like you're wearing a huge paper bag.

White Contrast Hunny Bunny Embroidered Slogan Sweatshirt - £22.00
I have recently become a fan of pink, being an avid lover of red for a while so only just branching out, which made this jumper catch my eye. I love the colours and the block contrasts, and the slogan on the front is just so cute; little back story, when I was about 17/18, I went through a phase where I would call everyone my "hunny bunny" (by everyone, I mean Harry Styles), so I think that was another factor to what attracted me to this jumper/ To be honest, I don't need any more jumpers so I have to consider this purchase, but I am still loving this, whether I own it or not.

Camel Button Front Long Sleeve Crop Top - £12.00
This top is extremely basic, however I think it is so cute if wearing with light coloured blue jeans, or maybe even some white trousers. I love the tiny basic cotton crop tops at the moment, and, as I said before, I am loving pink at the moment so this is definitely up my street (although it is listed as 'camel' coloured which I'm not understanding at the moment). It's a pretty basic top and there's not much to say about it but I wanted to list it just because it is super cheap and definitely a wardrobe staple that will go with anything easily.

Sun and Moon Mesh Tie Front Crop Top - £22.00
THIS IS MY FAVOURITE ITEM EVER THAT I HAVE FOUND AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU THAT I NEED THIS ASAP. This top is so so cute and will literally go with anything. I am loving the tie shirt trends at the moment and this is great as it is plain, however with the design and embroidery takes this to a whole new level. This is great, also, for festival season, maybe paired with a cute triangle bra underneath, HOWEVER, only downside is that it is constantly being restocked and all sizes are gone by the time I go to purchase it again. If you're size 16 you're in luck as they are the only size left, but all other sizes are out of stock.

Crochet Knitted Jumper in White - £20.00
Not going to lie, I did fall in love with this jumped when I saw it featured on Love Island. If you weren't aware, Missguided are styling Love island this year, so a lot of the clothing you see them wearing is available on their website, including this jumper, however I did want to get this in either black or white, but due to high demand only nude and yellow are still in stock. The holiday style for this year is definitely crochet and knits (which is the biggest juxtaposition for if you're going somewhere hot), but I am loving this trend. Crochet is definitely in for this summer, and I will be checking back to see if they restock this jumper in other colours.
